Default IF THEN ELSE Statement built by searching for a word in a Text Field

MS WORD does not give me the ability to search a text field to see if
it "contains" a certain word, which then can trigger a "Then"
statement. Can it be done?

EX: IF Mergfield Q2 contains the word "cost" insert the following
paragraph
