Default How do I set the factory default settings to M.S. Word 2003?

How do I set the factory default settings to M.S. Word 2003? I now have a
bold underline that follows the cursor around in Word. I didn't create this
thing, it just appeared!
Since this thing appeared, I can't copy and paste and maintain the
formatting form the copied information.
