Default Master pages in Word 2003

I need to create 3 master pages in Word 2003. A cover, intro page and a
general text page to be used throughout the rest of the document. Can this be
done in 2003 and how to?

Default Master pages in Word 2003

You can certainly create a template that contains those three pages.
