Default How can I create two independent indices?

I created a Recipe Index but I also need in independent General Index. Can't
figure out how to do that iwithout integrating the two indices.

Thanks!

Check out Word's Help on the XE and INDEX fields. There is a switch you can
use in your XE fields to indicate which index they should go in. You then
insert the corresponding switch in the INDEX field.
