Default Populate page with dummy words repeatedly

I accidentally came across a way to populate a page with the repeating
sentence "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs." It was a rand
command, thin, but I forgot how to do it. I used it once to create a dummy
document in a demo of working with Word.
