I have a lengthy list of addresses to print and edit occasionally. Word
doesn't seem to allow more than one page of addresses per document. Help?!

When you use the New Document option in the Labels dialog, you get a sheet
of labels. They are formatted as a table. You may or may not (depending on
whether the labels include separator rows) be able to create more labels on
the next page by tabbing out of the table to create a new row. You can
certainly copy the table on the first page and paste onto a second page. But
for more than one sheet of labels, Mail Merge is recommended.
