Default Creating forms; drop down lists

Does any one know a good source on how to create forms, and using drop down
lists, etc.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

You may also want to look into programmed custom dialog boxes called
userforms which are a bit more complicated to create but offer greater
flexibility. Look on the MVP FAQ site for pages on doing this.

Hope this helps,
