I want to make new address book with phone, fax, address etc.
How can I prepare in Vista. I had similiar list in OUTLOOK.
Kindly give me steps ( dummy user )

The address book function in Word only uses the Outlook contacts list, which
it should if Outlook the default e-mail application?
If by Vista (that's an operating system) you mean Word 2007, then you can
add the address book button to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar)
