I am using W£ord 97 SR-2 and on using headers and footers the "insert auto
text" is not available, all I have is "no entries" and that is greyed out.
Please help me. L H

The usual cause is that you have overwritten Normal.dot. But check Insert |
AutoText | AutoText and make sure that "Look in" is set to "All active
templates."
