On Word, Insert, Autotext, Header/Footer, Filename and Path, how could you
get this command to insert into a document every time you opened up a new word document? |

Put the AutoText entry into the header or footer of a document template.
Save the template. Use the template to start your new documents. (Do not put this into the normal.dot template or you will regret it.) For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog, and locations of templates folders see http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
