Default Filename/path-build macro to automatically insert this into a doc

On Word, Insert, Autotext, Header/Footer, Filename and Path, how could you
get this command to insert into a document every time you opened up a new
word document?

Default

Put the AutoText entry into the header or footer of a document template.
Save the template. Use the template to start your new documents. (Do not put
this into the normal.dot template or you will regret it.)

For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog,
and locations of templates folders see
