How to see margins when in footer in 2007?
In my footer, I've got a little table to organize the stuff the name of
document, page number, company name, etc. If I change the margins of the document, sometimes I need to resize my little table. But I can't see where my margins are. The margins don't seem to be indicated by shading in the ruler, or by guidelines, or anything. This is new to 2007...I used to be able to see where the margins were when I was in the footer. Help...am I missing something? Thanks. |

I'm not aware of anything that would prevent that. You can show the "guidelines" by going to Office button Word Options Advanced Show document content and checking "Show text boundaries". -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
