Default autocorrect, autotext, macro backup

my wife does medical transcription and we have created literally hundreds of
autocorrect, autotext, and macros for the medical terms she types. we lost
them once and had to redo them and it was very time consuming. how can i
EASILY back up these entries so i will have them in case they are lost again?

Macros and AutoText are by default saved in Normal.dot. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm and the linked file

See http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step
instructions on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations
including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros,
etc.
