I have a highly formatted document with linked textboxes and tables, and when
i email it as a attachment to my boss and he opens the doucment, the formatting is shifted on his computer. AH! I need help! Anyone have a clue why it does this? Is there a way to lock the formatting so it can't move in sending??? Thanks!! |

Formatting shifts in my email attachments!!
I think it is because when your boss opens the document, it formats to his
printer specifications (or at least that seems to be my problem all the time here). Anytime I do complex tables/texboxes/forms and have to email them to anyone who needs to print them out, I have to convert them to pdf first.
