Default Bullets

I am trying to use the square bullets going straight across a page between a
couple of items. Can anybody tell me how to do this?

EX: Dept of Tourism (need bullet) Address (need bullet) City
(need bullet)

Use Insert | Symbol to select and insert the desired bullet character.

Insert the square symbol where you need it.
