Default Show table gridlines for all users by default

Is there a way to show the table gridlines (the blue non-printing) by default for all users/viewers of a document. Currently it seems to be a computer specific setting that for some users is on and others not.

No. The display of table gridlines is *not* document-specific; each user decides
if he or she wants to see the gridlines.
