Default Changing Word (or any Office) context menu

I notice that an earlier query regarding the context menu available in Word
2003 confirmed that it could be customized (in that case to add Add Comment)
to the menu. I'm using Word (Office) 2007 on a machine using Windows XP Home.
I like very much the context menu that ghosts up when I highlight text in
Word now. However, I rarely use about half the shortcuts on it, but could
really make use of another handful of other shortcuts. Is there a way to
customize that context menu in Word (and other components of Office) 2007?

Thank you.

Customization in 2007 is just about non-existent. About the only
customizable resource is the QAT... unless you want to try some of the
independently offered add-ins.

About customizing the QAT €” at the risk of clichΓ© €” been there, done that. A
customizable context menu €” or whatever that ghost is called €” would be a
real boon. If there's a third-party, or any-party, add-in that would offer
the feature, I'd snap it up.

Thank you.
