How do i repeat table headings on the next page when a table is so long it
overflows onto another page?

Any Answers greatly appreciated.

With the insertion point sitting in the heading row, from the menu select

Table Table Properties Row tab

Then, in Options section, check "Repeat as header row at the top of the
page"

Select the row(s) you want repeated as heading rows. You can have as many as
you like, but they must be contiguous and must include the top row. On the
Table menu, click Heading Rows Repeat.
