Default permit multiple 'Ignore' in a highlighted paragraph

Instead of having to right click all grammatical mistakes and click Ignore, a
user should be able to highlight an entire paragraph (or section of text),
right click and select a "Ignore all grammatical errors" option.

You can choose to Hide Grammatical Errors in a given document, or you can
select an entire paragraph and choose Tools | Language | Set Language: "Do
not check spelling or grammar."
