Default switch from Office Online back to Word 2003

Does Office Online surplant the computer-based Word 2003?
Does it support speech recognition?
Why does it not recognize numpad based code, e.g. alt+129 = ΓΌ ?
How do I switch back to Word 2003?

OfficeOnline is the part on the MSFT webpages dealing with Office. You
seem to be referring to something else... can you provide an URL (just
so we don't talk about different things ...)

Greetings
Robert
