Open the document and SelectAll, then use Tools, Language, Set Language and
choose English (UK). I recommend that both the check boxes at the bottom of the dialog are left unchecked. If you don't have English (UK) available, close Word and then look under, Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings and ADD English (UK). Don't make it the default language though! Then the option should be available when you follow the above procedure. -- Terry Farrell - Word MVP http://word.mvps.org/ "V." wrote in message ... :I would like to change my spell check settings from US English to UK English : for a paper I am writing.
