How do I start a blank new document in Word?
I purchased Microsoft Works Suite 2005, which also contains Word 2002. When
I open Word, only a gray box is there, and when I click on new document, nothing happens. None of the questions so far has helped. Any other suggestions? |

The installation has failed. Remove and reinstall.
