Default I want to add a name/address in a pg of 30 alphabetized labels.

I'm using Avery 5160 labels. Everytime I try this, the name and address label
BELOW the one I want to add, disappears. The goal is to keep the list in
alpha order, being able to add and delete a name and address whenever I need
to. I have asked many people how I can accomplish this and none of us have
come up with a solution.

Not surprised that no-one can help you with, with that description of the
problem. Every time you try what?

Thanks so much, I think both of these sites helped a great deal.

I thought I had typed it so all could understand the problem. If you read
the subject line with the rest of what I wrote, it probably makes more sense.
Sorry. Judi
