Default Redlining in Word 2000

How do you keep the redlining from showing when you send back to someone?
They should not be able to see what was changed. We have copied to a new
page and it doesn't show, but is there some kind of "protection?"

No, there isn't. The only reliable way is to make a copy of the document, in
which you accept all changes, and then send the copy. Keep the original as a
record of the changes, but never let it out of your possession.
