default saves in 2003 format for multi-user lab computer
We have recently upgraded our campus computing labs with Office 2007, however
many faculty and staff are still using 2003. This may cause frustration when students send 2007 documents. Yes, faculty can download the compatibility pack, but until the rest of the campus is slowing upgrading, is there way to change the default save on a multiuser computer to 2003 format? It appears when saving the default using the Options from the Office button, it doesn't carry over for other students who log into the same computer with a different ID. Is there a way around this? |
