Default Drop-down list?

Is there a way -- a field, maybe -- to drop down a list of choices for text entry?

Assuming you don't want a protected form, see

Thanks, Suzanne,
Works well. Can I call the list with a macro or button? Does the list itself need to stay
in the document? How to edit the list, e.g. delete entries?

You insert the list by inserting the AutoTextList field. When you select an
item from the list, the field is replaced by the AutoText entry. You edit
the list by adding or deleting AutoText entries in the given style.
