Mail Merge in Fixed area
Hi TWIMC,
Is there a way to limited the number of lines that a mail merge can use. E.g. If I have a template letter with a logo at the bottom and a large main body of text in the document, if the address is quite long then the text gets pushed down and overshadows the logo, thus is there a way to fix the number of line a mail merge uses? TIA KM |

Not sure if this is appropriate in your case but I normally solve this
general type of problem by ensuring that the footer area is tall enough to "protect" anything at the bottom of the page. Peter Jamieson "Kevin McCartney" wrote in message ...
