Default Mail Merge in Fixed area

Hi TWIMC,

Is there a way to limited the number of lines that a mail merge can use.
E.g. If I have a template letter with a logo at the bottom and a large main
body of text in the document, if the address is quite long then the text gets
pushed down and overshadows the logo, thus is there a way to fix the number
of line a mail merge uses?

TIA

Not sure if this is appropriate in your case but I normally solve this
general type of problem by ensuring that the footer area is tall enough to
"protect" anything at the bottom of the page.
