Default Speech Tool Text-to-Speech suggestion

No category for Speech Tool, so please redirect me if needed.

Having a strong French accent, after having done all the training, I am
still having trouble using the speech-to-text
tool to dictate into MS Word.

When I click on "Learn from this document" I am told that no words need to
be added.

I would like to be able to type the words not recognized, then read them
back to
train the software.

Is such a tool already available? If not it would be a great feature to
simplify the training.
