HOW would I create a pull down menu box in Word that would allow me to link
the choice to another file?

I think we need a little more detail. What exactly do you hope to put on
this menu? Selections of chunks of text from another file?

Are you wanting this menu to be in a document or on a toolbar, available in
any document? If the latter, have you investigated the Work menu? See

You have already said that! What do you want to do with this file?
Maybe http://www.gmayor.com/SelectFile.htm is what you are looking for?

Default Pull down menu

I'm looking to put the menu in a document so I can use the choices to select
other files rather than a list and hyperlinks.

Default Pull down menu

I would like to have a name in the menu choice and when selected it will open
up a specific file. A different file for each menu choice. Is there something
other than the menu choice that I should be considering?

Thanks, I use the work menu but I would like to have a document with a menu
added to link to other files. Is it possible?
