Default What causes a header to disappear in print view?

In a long document (102 pages) in print preview, the header of some sections
appears to be masked by something that cuts off the header and the first 5 or
6 lines of the first paragraph. This does not show up in page view. I have
not been able to ferret out a solution by any changing any of the parameters
of the header and footer for these sections. Anybody got a clue?

G'day 'R',

Does it Print ok?

If so, there is an issue with your graphics display driver - update it if possible.
