Never mind, I see what to do from some of the posts down below. Still, what I
don't get is why it doesn't always happen - just once every few days, it decides to start doing this with some document! We'll see if the remedy posted below works. (I'm talking to myself) "HollySprings" wrote: When I highlight a phrase of text and click Bold on the toolbar, my whole document - not just the highlighted phrase - becomes Bold. This occurs even if the highlighted phrase is a separate paragraph, and the rest of the document is composed of several paragraphs. How can I stop Word from doing this automatically?
