Default How do you create relative hyperlinks in Word 2007?

I am trying to make a document for my A Level coursework, for which i can
have no links to online material. Everything must be included in accompanying
folders, though i still want to link to these saved files.
As it's my coursework i need the links to work both at home:
(C:\Documents And Settings\username\My Documents\School Work\AS\ICT\Unit
1\AE(a) - Assignment 1.1\)
and at my school:
(H:\username\Documents\Lessons\ICT\Unit 1\AE(a) - Assignment 1.1\)

The File Structure is identical in both locations:
AE(a) - Assignment 1.1 containing the document and the folder "Research"
Research containing two folders; "Files" and "Websites" - each with
subfolders containing the files i need to link to.

I have tried several methods i have found online, including setting a
"hyperlink base" and whatnot, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, but they will need to be described in
pretty simplistic terms as i am new to the Office '07 package.

Thanks in advance,
Dan
