Default "Recycling" query criteria using MSQuery tool in Word

Another question...

My main goal is to suck a bunch of data out of multiple data sources, mostly
Excel spreadsheets in the same workbook or alternately multiple tables in
the same Access database. I have just discovered how to access and use
MSQuery to select the rows I want to include in my final document. This
might be the ticket! Now... how to duplicate this? Basically I want to
prepare one standard document but be able to change the source Excel file
and re-run the query without rebuilding it. How can I dump out the query and
package it for future use? Macro?

Thanks!
