"Place holders"
I am trying to create a template for people to use on their own. A canned
letter where in certain spots the user needs to enter information. How do I create place holders where if they are not filled in, my place holders will not print. Not a mail merge. Just a fill in the blanks. For example: enter contact email address. If they don't have one to enter- it will apprear blank when printed. Reason: if they forget to delete my "place holder" it will show on the letter and look unprofessional. Thanks |

Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
