"Reveal formatting" was in Word 2003. Where is it now? Very imp.
"Reveal formatting" was a very important and helpful feature that I used ALL
OF THE TIME in Word 2003. How do you access this feature now? It would be terrible if they had taken that feature out! |

It has been replaced by something that gives even more information. Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S to open the Styles pane, and click the middle one of the three buttons at the bottom to open the Style Inspector. If you use it a lot, you can add a button for it to your Quick Access Toolbar by using the Customize dialog (it's in the All Commands category). -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
