Default "Runtime" error message

After I edit an existing document, and reprint it, save it and click the "X"
to close the document, the program crashes and says I have a "runtime" error.
Anyone ever heard of this?

Yes, 'crash' and 'runtime error' ring vague bells.

Default "Runtime" error message

A runtime error typically means there is an error in a third-party
add-in attempting to run. Depending on the exact error message you
