in word ive been working on a big project thats getting pretty long now.
after about halfway down on page 11 my text has started to get spaces of
about 1cm between lines, like this:

im not pressing enter and the spaces cant be deleted. why is this happening?
is it because im using several paragraphs? its messing up my document and i
really dont need it.

There's a good chance you inadvertently pressed Ctrl+0 and got 12 pts Space
Before. Try selecting the paragraphs below where the spacing problem begins
and pressing Ctrl+0. Does that solve the problem?
