Default Form Macro doesn't "stay" when others open the document

From this site, I learned how to change the macro so that info entered into
my form fields wouldn't be cleared when the user protects and unprotects the
document. Worked great on my copy, howver, when I e-mailed it and the user
opened the form the macro no longer worked. We checked the users security
status and it is low. Help?

Default

1) User's security level should be medium, never "low!"

2) You saved the macro in your template or in normal.dot, not in the
document.
