Default New Document is not blank when Word 2003 is opened

One of my users somehow changed how Word 2003 opens a blank document. Now
the default document appears with an address. I opened the Normal.dot, but
it appears blank. This also affects her signature in Outlook, since Word is
the e-mail editor. Any help is appreciated!

From the FAQ:

28. My blank document has text in it - an old letter, etc. See
