Default Track Changes - how do I stop mouse-overed balloons?

Using Word 2003, neat feature, the tracked change pops up in a balloon. They
are infuriating. How do I turn this darned "improved" feature off?

Tools/OPtions/Track changes. Set the display of "Balloons" to never.

Or if the "balloon" is really a popup, disable "ScreenTips" on the View tab
of Tools | Options (but note that this will disable *all* ScreenTips).
