Default How can I highlight and choose "continuous scrolling"?

I want to review a document in one continuous text, no page breaks. How do I
do that?

Default How can I highlight and choose "continuous scrolling"?

You can switch to Normal/Draft view, or you can accomplish something similar
in Print Layout view by hiding white space between pages; see
