sending documents to others
Why is that when after preparing a document in word, you save and protect it,
it then gets forwarded on to other people to use and view, but due to the settings on that users PC (Word) it opens up totally different to how it was intended to be viewed and how was saved by the author on their PC, why doesn't it automatically by default open up how you have saved and sent it as intended? Is there a way to set the document so it can only be opened up in a certain way despite the settings of another veiwers PC? ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
