how to keep some text together so that it is not separated
I guess you mean by use of a non-breaking space (CTRL+SHIFT+Space) between
two words? The answer from Word Help!:- Nonbreaking Space: A space that's used to prevent multiple words from breaking if they fall at the end of a line.
