F9 Function Key
Hello,
I previously worked for a company who used to be able to press the F9 key and the curser would automatically go to part of the letter pre marked like { } which would enable you to type in what information needed to go in. You could then press the F9 key again and it would take you to the next { } and so forth. Does anybody have any idea how to set this up or know what it is called so I can look it up? Other than community forums I'v tried everywhere. Thanks in advance Gordon |

F9 Function Key
The document probably had Fillin fields (or Ask fields) in those locations.
You probably should consider using a userform instead. the article "How to create a Userform" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "GordonD" wrote in message ...
