Default TRack Changes

I have a document which has gone through three revisions. I want to accept
all changes. But the problem is that the previous owner had it protected. We
do not have the password. If we continue changing the document it shows all
previous revisions. Is there a way I can accept the document as it is and
start fresh? The document is only 7 pages long.

Hello bhm-

You will not be able to save changes to the doc without being able to turn
Protection off, but have you tried accepting/rejecting the changes & using
Save As to create an updated copy of the original?

Since document is protected, Accept/Reject changes buttons are grayedout.

With changes displayed, Save As. If that doesn't work, select and
copy/paste. See
