When you make a change inside the bookmarks, then select the whole page and press F9 to update the references. Be careful when editing not to delete the bookmarks (it's easier if you go to Tools Options View and make bookmarks visible). But copy/paste may be easier than you think. Select the first card with the changes and copy; then select the whole table and paste once.
