Default How do I change from uppercase to titlecase throughout a document

I would like to replace the word "SCI" with "the Hospital" throughout a multi
page document. When I do a 'replace all' funtion, the Hospital prints out as
all uppercase, but I would like it to be title case. How do I do that?
