Opening a new documents opens a new versions of Word
Recently installed Word 2003 and was previously using Word 97.
Now when I open a new document, it opens a new version of Word each time. How can I change this so that all documents open in same application? Ta. |

The second document isn't really in a whole separate copy of Word, it's just a separate window. If you prefer all the documents to be in a single window, though, just uncheck the option. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
