Default Putting the same lines into 3 different docs

Hello,

Is there an easy way to put the same few lines into 3 different documents
that are formatted differently (same document, but different paper size in
each case).

The brute force method has been to just copy and paste each line into the
respective position of each document. It seems that there would be some kind
of way of automating this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Bookmark the text and use the InsertFile dialog box: Click the
Range button to specify the bookmark name, and then click the
arrow next to the Insert button and choose to "Insert as link".

Or create an AutoText entry.

If the text to be inserted never needs to be updated, then I
guess an AutoText entry would be the easiest solution.

If an AutoText field is used, the entry can be updated.
