Default i have a music key note on my word document, how do i getrid of ?

i can't get rid of a music key note, whenever i open a word document, it
appears on each line and each paragraph

The ¶ symbol isn't a "music key note", whatever that is. It's a paragraph mark,
formally called a pilcrow. You're seeing it because you have nonprinting
characters displayed

There's a toolbar button with the same symbol on it. Click that, or press the
equivalent keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+8, to turn it off and on. If the
paragraph marks still display when nonprinting characters are turned off, then
go to Tools Options View and clear the check box for Paragraph Marks.
