Hidden 0's messing up total
In Word 2003, a user has created a table which includes a column of numbers.
She has used the sum above function to total this column of numbers. However, the total does not come out correctly because some cells have no numbers. So she entered 0's, but made them hidden. In one column, the total is incorrect. This seems to be related to the fact that the hidden 0 is two rows above the total row. If there's a hidden 0 in any other row, even directly above the total, it's fine. We cannot find any reference to this in the kbase. Is this a known issue? Is there a way around it? |

Try formatting the 0's with font color white.
